Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours (please anticipate 4 days for custom orders) and in many cases the same business day. Due to carrier pick up schedules, orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday or the following business day if the Monday falls on a holiday.

We ship via USPS and once a package has left our possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. In the event this happens, please file a claim, online, via the USPS website.

All orders include a tracking number. Signature confirmation may be added (at your cost) for large orders. Please message us, via the contact tab, if you would like to add a signature confirmation.

Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. In the event you are missing an item or were sent the wrong item, please contact us via the contact tab.

If you receive damaged goods, please file a claim via the USPS website.

When contacting us, please always provide your order number.
